Indemnification

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.


Changes to Terms of Use

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.


Dispute Resolution

Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the rules of The Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in Dubai, UAE. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on all parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.


Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.


Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Plutus Team regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, between you and Plutus Team.
